Qualifications

• 1–3 years in sales support, customer service, or e‑commerce operations.
• Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central or Shopify platforms is a strong plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data management.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills with a customer‑first attitude.

Responsibilities

• Monitor product listings, sales trends, and customer feedback on Amazon.
• Track orders and ensure timely fulfillment on Shopify; coordinate with 3PL/warehouses.
• Respond to customer inquiries via Amazon messages and email; handle returns and warranty issues.
• Maintain accurate CRM data and assist in sales performance reporting.
