Job Title: Warehouse and Quality Assurance Associate

Key Responsibilities
- Swatch Processing & Shipping: Process all swatch shipments in Shopify and Shipstation, and ship out swatches to customers. Ensure orders are packed according to e-commerce packaging guidelines. Monitor inventory levels for packing supplies and alert the team when reordering is necessary. Assist in shipping dress orders during high promotion periods.
- Receiving: Assist in shipping and unloading trucks. Validate received units against packing slips and sort products into designated warehouse areas.
- Returns: Manage customer returns using Return Magic in Shopify. Conduct quality checks on returns, communicate issues to the team, and ensure items meet quality standards before re-packaging. Notify the team when returns are approved.
- Inventory Communication: Coordinate with the warehouse and e-commerce team regarding shipment arrivals and inventory transfers. Maintain accurate inventory counts and perform spot checks.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect orders for damages or missing items. Ensure bulk shipments meet quality standards, document issues, and alert the team. Assist with minor repairs and stain removal.
- Other Duties: Participate in biannual physical inventory counts. Maintain warehouse organization and cleanliness. Demonstrate the ability to work independently and uphold company standards.
