The QC Holdings E-commerce Department is seeking Remote customer service professionals to fill the position of CUSTOMER SERVICE LOAN SPECIALIST. This is a full-time opportunity with bonus potential. The role involves securing, verifying, and analyzing customer loan application information to provide quality consumer loan services. We seek self-motivated individuals with excellent interpersonal and PC skills and a high level of professionalism.

The job requires direct phone contact with customers applying for consumer loans via our website, focusing on loan origination. There are also positions available focusing on loan servicing and collections.

Location: Fully Remote with an optional Hybrid opportunity upon successful training and performance. Eligible remote candidates must reside in states where the company operates: Alabama, Idaho, Illinois, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, Nevada, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, or Wisconsin.

Minimum Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED required; some college preferred.
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience; prior loan processing/verifying/collecting experience is helpful but not required.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of MS Office products.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Good time management and organizational skills.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
  • Ability to type 35+ WPM.
