Base pay range

$18.00/hr - $22.00/hr

Key Responsibilities

1. Swatch Processing & Shipping Products:
   • Process all swatch shipments in Shopify and Shipstation. Ship out swatches to customers.
   • Ensure orders are packed according to e-commerce packaging guidelines.
   • Monitor inventory levels for swatch packing supplies and alert the team when reordering is needed.
   • Assist in shipping dress orders during high promotion periods.
2. Receiving:
   • Assist in shipping and unloading trucks.
   • Validate received units against packing slips.
   • Sort and store products in designated warehouse areas.
3. Returns:
   • Process customer returns using Return Magic in Shopify.
   • Perform quality checks on incoming returns; communicate issues with photos to the team.
   • Refurbish returns to meet quality standards (refresh, steam, repackage, re-bag).
   • Notify team when returns are approved within set timelines.
4. Inventory Communication:
   • Coordinate with warehouse and e-commerce teams regarding shipments and inventory transfers.
   • Maintain accurate inventory counts and perform spot checks.
5. Quality Assurance:
   • Inspect received and shipped orders for damages or missing items.
   • Ensure bulk shipments meet quality standards; document issues and alert team.
   • Assist in minor repairs and stain removal.
6. Other:
   • Participate in biannual physical inventory counts.
   • Work independently, uphold standards, and keep the warehouse organized and clean.
