We are seeking an Inventory and Logistics Manager to own and lead all aspects of inventory management, receiving, data management, and logistics at Avi & Co. This individual will oversee the full lifecycle of luxury watches and jewelry—from inbound logistics and receiving to system entry, fulfillment, and outbound shipping. The ideal candidate is an inventory, logistics, and operations leader with deep experience in luxury goods, process design, and cross-functional collaboration.
Primary Responsibilities
- Own the full inventory lifecycle including receiving, inspection, product data entry, storage, and fulfillment
- Design and implement best-in-class inventory control processes, SOPs, KPIs and dashboards
- Maintain and audit physical and digital inventory records to ensure 100% accuracy
- Lead the intake and QC process for all inbound luxury watches and jewelry
- Verify and document condition, authenticity, and completeness of items upon arrival
- Maintain item-level data in inventory and POS systems with precision and consistency and ensure consistency across platforms
- Manage product attributes, pricing, inventory, and descriptions to support retail operations, e-commerce platforms, and marketing initiatives
- Support implementation and optimization of ERP, WMS, and other operational platforms
- Manage the company’s overall shipping department functions
- Oversee storage, organization, and movement of high-value items across locations and safes, as well as ensure timely fulfillment of e-commerce and retail orders
- Work closely with logistics vendors, including shipping providers and couriers
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, E-commerce, Merchandising, and Finance to improve operational efficiency
- Proactively identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, or risks in inventory-related processes and implement improvements
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in inventory, operations, or logistics management—preferably in luxury retail, watches, or jewelry
- Proven success implementing scalable inventory control systems and processes
- Strong technical proficiency in inventory/POS/ERP systems; JewelMate, advanced Excel or data analysis skills a plus
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience leading or managing small teams; ability to coach and mentor
- Trustworthy and reliable with the highest standards of integrity and discretion
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-touch, and customer-driven environment
Compensation
- Salary range: $70,000 – $90,000

- Monday through Thursday 9:30 AM-6:00 PM and Friday 9:00 AM-5:00 PM
