Job summary

D&B Supply is seeking an Ecommerce Product Specialist to add and maintain products on the website. You will collaborate with the team to obtain production information and images, merchandise pages, and support customers through the online channel.

Based in our Caldwell, ID office, this full-time role requires detail orientation, data entry skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Excel. Familiarity with Photoshop and Magento is a plus, and you’ll work Mon-Fri 8am-5pm in-office.

Qualifications

• Proven 2+ year history in performing administrative tasks.
• Must be detail oriented, analytical, self-motivated, organized and enjoy problem solving.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel and general Microsoft Suite products is required.
• Previous experience with Photoshop and Adobe Commerce (Magento) is a plus but not required.
• This job requires sitting/standing at a desk for most of the shift, interacting with computer screens, making/receiving phone calls and typing.
• High school diploma or equivalent is highly preferred.
• Organizing and publishing product data online requires repetitive and systematic methods to provide a consistent look for online shoppers.

The Ecommerce Product Specialist will be responsible for adding and maintaining products to expand the product offering on D&B Supply's website. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a team environment to procure production information and images, merchandise the website, sharing ideas and duties with other team members, and provide quality customer service. Effective communication with team members, customers and other internal departments is a must. *This is a M-F 8am-5pm in office position.
