Allied Supply Company in Dayton, OH is seeking an E-commerce Product Data Specialist to maintain accurate product information across our PIM and Shopify storefront. You will manage data workflows, publishing, and integration, supporting product launches and catalog accuracy in a growing e-commerce environment.

The role requires attention to detail, experience with Shopify or similar platforms, and ability to work with buying, marketing, vendors, and IT.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of e-commerce, product data, or catalog management experience.
• Experience with Shopify or similar platforms preferred.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain accurate product information across the PIM system and Shopify storefront.
• Manage data entry, updates, imports, and publishing workflows.
• Monitor product listings and resolve data errors, missing information, and publishing issues.
• Collaborate with buyers, vendors, and marketing to support product launches and catalog updates.
• Review product listings for accuracy, completeness, and SEO requirements.
• Monitor data quality and generate reports to identify gaps and errors.
