Job summary

Johnny Was, LLC is seeking an Item Procurement Coordinator to guarantee precise item setup and data integrity across product attributes, pricing, and classifications. You will collaborate with merchandising, planning and operations to ensure timely data readiness and accurate launches for ecommerce and stores.

The role requires strong Excel skills, PLM/PIM/ERP familiarity, and the ability to manage data across multiple systems while aligning with business standards and lifecycle needs.

Qualifications

• Own item setup for all products and ensure accuracy across style information, attributes, classifications and pricing.
• Validate data accuracy prior to product launch.
• Maintain and update product information through the product lifecycle.
• Collaborate with merchandising, planning and operations teams to ensure timely and accurate set up.
• Compile product data in Excel for use by the copywriting team.
• Monitor data consistency across systems and channels.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all required data fields are complete and aligned to merchandising and operational standards.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in product information, attributes and classifications.
• Support data readiness for system changes and platform transitions.
• Partner with Site Merchandising to ensure data supports reporting, filtering, navigation and merchandising online.
• Establish and maintain standards for product data quality and completeness.
