• Draft recurring insights reports to connect raw data to business priorities.
• Conduct forensic-level analysis on sensitive escalations and complaints.
• Refine audit methodologies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Proactively flag emerging risks and trends to management.
• Execute deep-dive metric investigations on KPI fluctuations.
