TikTok USDS Joint Venture LLC is seeking an Anti-Fraud Analyst to investigate fraud on the TikTok Shop platform. You will analyze data, build automated detection rules, and work with cross-functional partners to strengthen policies and product controls.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in fraud and risk detection, enforcement and investigations.
• Proficient in MySQL or other querying languages.
• Ability to analyze and derive insights from data.
• Experience creating rules or models to automate fraud detection.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving.
• Experience managing projects with cross-functional partners.
• Independent worker capable in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct risk and fraud investigations using data analysis tools.
• Perform root-cause analyses on emerging fraud trends.
• Maintain enforcement rules and policies for accuracy.
• Analyze user behavior to identify abnormalities and risks.
• Develop metrics to track fraud trends and progress.
• Create SOPs for scaled manual workflows.
• Provide training on fraud detection techniques.
