Job summary

JF Petroleum Group is seeking an experienced Inside Sales Rep to manage and convert parts leads across channels, supporting e-commerce and sales teams to drive online and general parts sales.

The ideal candidate has strong industry knowledge, a customer-service mindset, and the ability to work cross-functionally to move customer requests to online availability while maintaining high service standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years of industry experience or customer service experience.
• Strong parts knowledge and customer service focus.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and email; ERP experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to incoming customer parts leads via phone, email, and LiveChat.
• Research parts, pricing, and availability to enter sales orders in BC or assist web orders.
• Coordinate with E-Commerce to convert requests to online purchases.
• Support cross-functional handoffs to e-commerce, supply chain and sales teams.
• Assist with RFPs using Pricing Query tool and Enhanced Sales Quote.
• Maintain current knowledge of products, parts, and designs.
• Meet or exceed customer service standards and follow company policies.
