JF Petroleum Group is seeking an E-Commerce Inside Sales Rep to manage and convert parts leads across channels, supporting the e-commerce and sales teams to drive online parts sales.

The ideal candidate has strong industry parts knowledge, excellent customer service skills, and a proven ability to enter orders, research parts, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and accurate pricing.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3-5 years industry experience or customer service experience.
• Extensive industry parts knowledge and ability to research parts, prices, and availability.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to incoming customer parts leads via phone, email, and LiveChat to provide exceptional service.
• Research parts to determine correct parts, pricing, and availability to enter sales orders.
• Transition new and existing customer accounts to the e-commerce platform.
• Coordinate with E-Commerce Team to make parts available online for purchase.
• Assist with pricing and quotes for RFQs (RFPs).
• Review stocking requests and collaborate across teams.
• Facilitate customer core and warranty returns.
• Stay current on products, parts, and designs relevant to purchase needs.
• Meet or exceed customer service standards and follow policies.
• Wear PPE and comply with safety guidelines.
