Qualifications

• Ability to read and write simple instructions or memos.
• Willingness to work variable shifts, including Fridays and Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Review and fulfill online/e-commerce orders following SOPs.
• Operate computer, phone, and scanner to locate products and verify availability.
• Package, bag, and prepare orders for pickup or delivery.
• Provide excellent guest service and resolve questions or issues courteously.
