Job summary

Spec’s Family Partners in Rowlett, TX is seeking an E‑Commerce Associate – Curbside to review, package, and finalize online orders for pickup, ensuring accuracy and smooth guest experiences.

You will operate scanners and POS systems, assist guests via phone and email, and maintain an organized curbside/eCom area while adhering to safety and quality standards. This full-time role supports a fast-paced store environment with strong teamwork.

Qualifications

• Experience in e-commerce operations and order fulfillment.
• Strong customer-service and communication skills.
• Able to read and follow SOPs, basic math for discounts and totals.

Responsibilities

• Review and select online orders for pickup.
• Package and label orders, ensure accuracy of items and quantities.
• Assist guests with curbside pickup and in-store questions.
• Operate scanner, computer, and POS to complete transactions and verifications.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the eCom area and bagging/packing supplies.
