Responsibilities

• Meet/exceed customer expectations for easy online shopping and order pickup.
• Receive orders and store products in optimal temperature zones.
• Initiate and complete selection of online orders.
• Process orders through the POS system and handle substitutions when needed.
• Load orders into customers' cars and communicate substitutions clearly.
• Maintain clean, organized staging areas and equipment.
• Assist in training new e-Commerce team members and adapt to new processes.
