Job summary

Kroger is hiring for an e-Commerce Team Member to pick and assemble customers' online orders with attention to freshness and quality. • Receive orders from Order Selector and store products in optimal temperature zones.
• Initiate and complete selection process for online orders.
• Read and follow directions in note section.
• Ensure quality and freshness of all items.
• Communicate substitutions or exceptions to customers at pick-up.
• Maintain organization of staging areas and equipment.
• Follow pricing, scanning, and item location procedures; load orders into customers' cars.
