Job summary

Kroger Dayton is seeking an e-Commerce Order Selector to assemble online orders, process substitutions, and load orders into customers’ cars for pickup. You will ensure freshness and quality while delivering a positive customer experience.

You will follow store policies, use the POS system, and communicate clearly with customers. The role is fast-paced and requires basic math and shelf-tag reading.

Qualifications

• Ability to work without supervision.
• Ability to read shelf tags.
• Basic math skills (counting, addition, subtraction).
• Experience in production/warehouse or as a cashier is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Meet/exceed customer expectations for ease of shopping, variety, freshness, and cleanliness.
• Receive orders from Order Selector and store products in optimal temperature zones; initiate selection process.
• Read and follow directions in notes; ensure order accuracy and substitutions as needed.
• Scan and bag orders; communicate substitutions or exceptions at pickup time.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of staging areas and equipment; follow bagging standards.
