Responsibilities

• Review, process, print and follow through on customer orders from start to finish.
• Process orders from our online store into our accounting system.
• Review each order for accuracy, ensuring no address, payment, or product errors.
• Prepare all orders for shipment.
• Answer customer service related phone calls and respond to email requests.
