Job summary

6AM City, LLC is seeking an Operations & E-Commerce Coordinator to support day-to-day operations from our onsite office in Avondale, PA. You’ll work across Amazon marketplace operations, shipping/logistics, and systems support, helping build scalable processes as the company grows.

Qualifications

2-5 years in operations, logistics, e-commerce, customer service or related field.
Experience in at least one core area: Amazon marketplace operations.
Experience in e-commerce operations (Shopify or similar).
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to learn quickly.
Self-starter who works independently with limited direction.

Responsibilities

Support Amazon marketplace operations: listings, SKUs, catalog updates, troubleshooting.
Maintain product information and marketplace accuracy across channels.
Assist with e-commerce processes across online sales channels.
Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments and handle returns.
Provide basic system support and manage SharePoint/document workflows.
Support inventory organization and SOP creation; identify inefficiencies.
Respond to customer inquiries and collaborate with ops and logistics teams.
