Job summary

Catface, a YouTube entertainment company based in Austin, TX, seeks an experienced head of e-commerce, logistics, and customer service to own commercial performance. You will lead two direct reports and drive planning, forecasting, inventory, and four major events annually to ensure smooth launches and strong margins.

You will manage 25–50 active shipments, 75–150 SKU families, and high‑value refunds or escalations, coordinating with Merchandise, Production, Marketing and Warehouse teams for

Qualifications

• 6+ years in e-commerce, marketplace, or DTC ops with leadership experience.
• Ownership of sales and inventory forecasting and buying decisions.
• Hands-on Shopify and Amazon Seller/Vendor Central experience.
• Working knowledge of international freight and import docs.
• Experience setting customer service policies and managing escalations.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual and seasonal commerce planning, standards, and systems.
• Own consolidated monthly sales forecast, inventory, and purchasing advice.
• Lead monthly buying, transfers, reorders, and markdown actions.
• Support the annual event and promotional calendar with four major events.
• Manage workload, coaching, performance, hiring, onboarding and capacity.
• Provide strategic ecommerce, logistics, and customer-service policy direction.
• Build scalable delegation and partner with cross-functional teams.
• Oversee 25–50 active shipments, 75–150 SKU families, and high-value resolutions.
