Job summary

SuperOrdinary Talent LLC is seeking an Ecommerce Coordinator to support the Ecommerce Manager and Brand Success team across TikTok Shop and Amazon. You will help keep accounts operational, organized, and customer-ready, handling orders, reviews, and reporting while escalating complex issues as needed.

The ideal candidate has 1-3+ years in ecommerce operations, strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and comfort juggling multiple platforms and tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1-3+ years of experience in ecommerce or related field.
• Experience with TikTok Shop/Seller Center is strongly preferred.
• Experience with Amazon Seller Central and FBA is a plus.
• Experience with ecommerce customer service, order management, returns, refunds, or reviews preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to identify issues and elevate them appropriately.
• Comfortable wearing multiple hats and learning new platforms/tools.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day ecommerce operations across platforms.
• Monitor storefronts, listings, inventory, pricing, promotions, and account settings.
• Assist with ecommerce account audits and issue identification.
• Maintain trackers, documentation, and operational records.
• Escalate issues to the Ecommerce Manager and Brand team.
• Monitor customer messages and support customer service teams.
• Track orders for delays, cancellations, and fulfillment issues.
• Flag negative reviews and track feedback for action.
• Monitor account health, SPS, and compliance issues.
• Troubleshoot ecommerce integrations (Shopify, TikTok Shop, Amazon).
• Support weekly and monthly reporting and documentation.
• Help update SOPs, tutorials, checklists, and training materials.
• Coordinate with internal teams as needed.
