Job summary

5.11, Inc. is seeking an Ecommerce Operations Coordinator (Temporary) to ensure our digital storefront is accurate, timely, and ready for launches, promos, and updates. You will manage product setup, pricing, promotions, and QA across CMS/PIM and ecommerce systems.

The role collaborates with Site Merchandising and cross-functional partners to accurately reflect products, pricing, promotions, and content across the digital experience. Strong Magento and Excel skills are required.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in ecommerce operations, catalog operations, digital merchandising, or related field.
• Hands-on experience with ecommerce platforms, CMS/PIM systems, product data, bulk uploads, pricing, or promotions workflows.
• Strong proficiency with Adobe Commerce (Magento) and Excel for large product files and reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain products within CMS, PIM, and ecommerce systems across regions and channels.
• Manage product activation, go-live timing, and scheduled publishing.
• Execute bulk product uploads and catalog maintenance on schedule.
• Configure onsite promotions, pricing changes, and promotional timing.
• Publish content and manage site changes; ensure accuracy and QA.
