Job summary

TP-Link Systems Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Sales Assistant to support our fast-growing e-commerce business across Amazon and Shopify.

You will bridge sales operations, customer service, and order fulfillment, interfacing with the Amazon manager, Shopify Store Manager, logistics teams, and support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in sales support or e-commerce, strong Excel skills, and a customer-first mindset.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or e-commerce operations.
• Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central or Shopify platforms is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills; detail-oriented and efficient.
• Excellent communication skills with a customer-first attitude.
• Able to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree is required.

Responsibilities

• Support daily e-commerce sales operations across Amazon.
• Manage channel pricing and PSI price lists for accuracy.
• Update and maintain Amazon product listings; content and images.
• Monitor listings and resolve issues impacting sales or experience.
• Assist with promotions, coupons, and calendar management.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve product, listing, pricing, and inventory issues.
