Job summary

Kroger is hiring to manage the store's e-Commerce department in Pickerington, OH. You will oversee day-to-day operations, staff recruitment and development, and ensure the department meets customer expectations for shopping ease, variety, cleanliness and service.

Responsibilities

• Staff the department and develop associates to meet goals
• Ensure customer expectations for ease of shopping, variety and cleanliness
• Prepare schedules to meet product flow and demand
• Train associates on order selector and customer attendant duties
• Lead e-Commerce initiatives and drive sales against budgets
• Monitor inventory and report issues to leadership
• Support management with KPI tracking and cost control
