Evergreen Goodwill of Northwest Washington is seeking an E‑Commerce Supervisor to oversee all E‑commerce activities and book operations. You will ensure exceptional customer service while driving department performance and supporting staff.

The role requires strong e‑commerce experience, auction knowledge, and leadership skills. A Washington driver’s license and flexible schedule are valued in this on‑site position.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of E‑Commerce experience, preferably with auctions and books.
• Previous supervisor experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for customer service.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic internet research.

Responsibilities

• Identify and value appropriate merchandise.
• List auctions with pictures and descriptions to maximize value.
• Prepare monthly updates identifying items for internal auctions.
• Maintain a daily E‑commerce tracking board and monitor sales.
• Foster a team environment and hold staff accountable.
• Support hiring and training of staff.
• Provide excellent internal/external customer service.
