Job summary

Bob's Watches, a leading online retailer of luxury timepieces, seeks a detail-oriented E-Commerce Merchandiser to join our Newport Beach team. You will optimize product listings, descriptions, images, and pricing to enhance the online shopping experience.

You will collaborate with content and operations teams, analyze sales data, manage inventory, and implement pricing and promotions to drive performance while upholding brand standards in the luxury watch market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce, merchandising, or a related role.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in using e-commerce platforms and content management systems.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Passion for luxury watches and understanding of luxury retail market is a plus.

Bob's Watches, a leading online retailer specializing in luxury timepieces, is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented E-Commerce Merchandiser to join our E-Commerce team in Newport Beach. The E-Commerce Merchandiser will play a critical role in optimizing the presentation and performance of our product listings on our website, ensuring an exceptional online shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the e-commerce team to plan and execute the online merchandising strategy for our product catalog.
• Create and maintain product listings on the website, ensuring accurate and compelling product descriptions, images, and pricing.
• Monitor and update product availability, ensuring that all out-of-stock items are promptly removed from the website.

Content Management:

• Collaborate with the content team to develop product copy and images that enhance product listings and provide accurate information to customers.
• Ensure product listings adhere to SEO best practices to maximize search engine visibility.

Data Analysis:

• Regularly analyze sales and product performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Make data-driven recommendations to optimize product assortment, pricing, and promotions.

Inventory Management:

• Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and coordinate with the operations team to ensure stock levels meet demand.
• Monitor product lifecycles and recommend clearance strategies for slow-moving or discontinued items.

Competitor Analysis:

• Conduct regular competitive analysis to understand market trends and pricing strategies.
• Use insights to recommend pricing adjustments and product positioning.

Customer Experience:

• Continuously improve the online shopping experience by ensuring a user-friendly interface, easy navigation, and clear product information.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve product-related issues promptly and professionally.
