Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year in telephone or internet sales, customer service, and/or route sales.
• College coursework is preferred.
• Experience with online marketplaces (e.g., Amazon) preferred.
• Automotive parts knowledge is a plus.
• Photography experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process online orders and coordinate in-house order filling.
• Support shipping activities for online orders.
• Maintain product listings and materials on websites and online marketplaces.
• Monitor marketplace storefront performance and inventory levels.
• Respond to customer inquiries with product pricing and shipping data.
