BE WICKED INC. is seeking an experienced E-Commerce & Marketplace Manager to build and scale our online marketplace presence from the ground up in Commerce, CA. Lead accounts, catalogs, listings, and pricing across Amazon, Walmart, TikTok Shop, and more to drive traffic, rankings, and revenue.

The ideal candidate will bring hands-on marketplace expertise, optimization, and proven sales growth, not just product uploads, with a bias toward strategic execution and independent ownership.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on ecommerce/marketplace experience
• Strong Amazon experience required
• Walmart Marketplace & TikTok Shop experience strongly preferred
• Proven understanding of marketplace SEO and product ranking
• Proven understanding of marketplace advertising and sales growth
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and take ownership
• Must be able to build and manage the marketplace operation from the ground up

Responsibilities

• Set up, launch, manage, and grow BE WICKED on multiple marketplaces
• Build and organize product catalogs, listings, images, and pricing
• Develop keyword and SEO strategies to improve rankings
• Create and optimize marketplace advertising campaigns
• Increase organic traffic and product visibility
• Monitor competitors and track marketplace performance
• Drive traffic and sales while expanding to more marketplaces
• Provide measurable examples of marketplaces built and sales growth
