Benaar LA is seeking an hands-on E-commerce Specialist to Own daily Shopify operations, including product setup, collections, navigation, pricing, promotions and site content. You will upload products, ensure images, variants, sizing, fabric and care details, and pricing are complete and accurate.

You will work with marketing, influencer teams, and developers to launch monthly drops, optimize SEO, track performance, and improve the shopping experience across mobile and desktop.

Qualifications

• Own daily Shopify operations: product setup, collections, navigation, pricing, promotions and site content.
• Upload and launch every product, making sure images, variants, sizing, fabric and care details, and pricing are complete and accurate.
• Write and edit product copy and page content in the Benaar brand voice.
• Run quality checks before and after every launch, catching broken links, discounts, imagery, pricing and checkout issues.
• Maintain SEO basics across product and collection pages.
• Keep site inventory accurate and in sync with our fulfillment partner and in-house stock.

• Own the e-commerce launch calendar for monthly drops, deliveries, restocks and promotions.
• Coordinate with the influencer team so gifted and featured product is live, in stock and linked when
• Work with marketing and the ads team so campaigns, emails and ads point to live, merchandised pages.
• Build launch checklists and timelines so every drop runs the same way, on time.
• Merchandise the homepage, collection pages and product recommendations around new arrivals, bestsellers and available inventory.
• Track revenue, conversion, average order value and product performance, and turn findings into clear actions.
• Improve the shopping experience on mobile and desktop, testing changes that lift conversion.
• Brief our web developers with clear requirements, priorities and deadlines.
• Test site updates, app changes and new features before they go live, and track issues through to fixes.
• Look for manual, repetitive work that apps or automation can take off the team’s plate.
