Job summary

Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East is seeking a reliable Warehouse & Customer Service Specialist in Savannah, GA to join our team and ensure accurate order processing, shipments, and inventory control.

You will coordinate FedEx/UPS shipments, prepare Bills of Lading, support e-commerce orders, and maintain precise data for orders and stock. The role requires attention to detail, good communication, and basic data-entry skills; QuickBooks or e-commerce experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse, shipping, logistics, or customer service.
• Familiarity with Bills of Lading and inventory management.
• Experience with FedEx, UPS, and other carriers.
• Basic computer and data-entry skills.
• Experience with QuickBooks is a plus.
• E-commerce experience (Amazon, eBay) is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders and provide excellent customer service.
• Coordinate shipments through FedEx, UPS, and other common carriers.
• Prepare and process Bills of Lading, shipping labels, and related documentation.
• Assist with inventory management, receiving, packing, and shipping.
• Track shipments and resolve shipping or order issues.
• Enter and maintain accurate order and inventory information.
• Assist with e-commerce orders and general warehouse operations.
