Job summary

Bed Bath & Beyond in Honolulu, HI is seeking a Logistics Staff member to handle order processing, shipment management, and customer service.

The role involves processing orders, managing domestic and international shipments, filing, data entry and assisting customers, including E-Commerce orders from platforms like Wayfair, Amazon, Bed-Bath and Beyond, JCP, Lowe’s, Macy’s, AAFES, and Walmart. In-person, full-time, $23 per hour.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent with at least one year of experience.
• Strong data entry and office support skills.
• Team player able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Process orders and maintain accurate order records.
• Handle domestic and international shipments using various carriers.
• Perform general filing, data entry, office assistance, and customer service tasks.
• Process E‑Commerce orders from platforms such as Wayfair, Amazon, Bed‑Bath and Beyond, JCP, Lowe’s, Macy’s, AAFES, and Walmart.
• Use EDI with routing/shipping guides.
• Complete shipping documents, including packing lists and Bills of Lading.
• Provide customer service support.
