Bed Bath & Beyond is seeking an Assistant Merchandise Manager to support daily merchandising operations and data-driven decision making. You will assist with data preparation, style lists, and reports while curating products for marketing campaigns and managing core purchase orders.

Ideal candidates will analyze performance, review competitor promotions, and contribute to pricing and assortment decisions. Strong collaboration, communication, and organization are essential.

Qualifications

• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong collaboration across teams to meet goals and deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with suppliers and colleagues.
• Excellent time management and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Supports daily operations of the Merchandising Team and responds to inquiries.
• Assists in data preparation, style lists, and reports for tasks.
• Analyzes reports for insights and helps curates product for marketing campaigns.
• Enters and manages Purchase Orders for Core Buys; analyzes performance and re-orders.
• Reviews competitor promotions, pricing, and assortment; suggests pricing and promo changes.
• Proposes process improvements to enhance service, quality and cost control.
• Follows all applicable legal guidelines and performs other duties as assigned.
