Job summary

BRUT Clothing seeks a Logistics Associate for our New York office to support flow, inventory, and e-commerce shipping. You will receive, inspect, label, store goods, and keep a well-organized space for smooth stock movement.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in inventory management or e-commerce order fulfillment is preferred.
• Methodical, organized, and detail-oriented with data and figures.
• Proficiency in Shopify, Excel, and shipping tools is essential.
• Proactive and autonomous, with strong reporting skills to the Warehouse Manager and the ability to work effectively with the retail sales team.

Responsibilities

• Receive & inspect daily arrivals and store according to internal procedures.
• Maintain organized storage to facilitate inventory movements.
• Prepare, pack, and ship customer orders with care and speed.
• Generate shipping labels and coordinate carrier pickups.
• Perform cycle counts and annual inventory audits under supervision.
• Ensure stock accuracy in management tools and report anomalies.
