Job summary

• Prior experience in inventory management or e-commerce order fulfillment is preferred.
• Methodical, organized, and detail-oriented with data and figures.
• Proficiency in Shopify, Excel, and shipping tools is essential.
• Proactive and autonomous, with strong reporting skills to the Warehouse Manager and the ability to work effectively with the retail sales team.

Our New York Office is currently looking for a Logistics Associate 40H to join the team and actively contribute to bringing the BRUT experience to life.

Your Missions

1. Flow & Supply Chain Management

• Receiving & Inspection: Manage daily arrivals (quantity/quality), labeling, and storage according to internal procedures.
• Organization: Maintain an organized and optimized storage space to facilitate inventory movements.

2. E-commerce Logistics & Shipping

• Order Fulfillment (Picking/Packing): Prepare, pack, and ship customer orders with care and speed.
• Shipping Management: Generate shipping labels and coordinate carrier pickups.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure strict adherence to delivery deadlines and parcel compliance.

3. Inventory Management & Coordination

• Replenishment: Handle daily floor replenishment and manage stock transfers.
• Inventory Audits: Perform cycle counts and annual inventory audits under the supervision of the Warehouse Manager.
• System Accuracy: Guarantee stock accuracy within our management tools (tracking stockouts, anomalies, and adjustments).
