Qualifications

• At least 2 years of retail experience.
• Previous eBay/online listing experience.
• High School Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service.
• Timely answer guest emails/questions in a professional, courteous and respectful manner.
• Testing/cleaning items to ensure accuracy to maximize profits.
• Use multiple tools to determine the most accurate pricing of each item.
• Remove all personal data off electronic items to maintain previous owner’s confidentiality.
• Research items to ascertain sale, value, model number and any other relevant information.
• Photograph items with the highest possible image quality.
• Describe the item condition both cosmetically and functionally.
• Ensure sold items are shipped safely in one business day to reduce returns.
• Pay close attention to detail and be organized.
• Effectively communicate with team members/supervisors while maintaining a safe work environment.
• Achieve daily and monthly web sales goals.
• Other duties as assigned by management
