Job summary

Goodwill-Easter Seals Minnesota is seeking an E-Comm Lister Associate to post merchandise online for sale. You will craft accurate, well-described postings to help generate revenue supporting services and programs while working in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.

A typical day includes posting items online, collaborating with teams to promote employment and participant experience, and maintaining daily housekeeping and safety practices.

Position Summary:

The E-Comm Lister Associate is responsible for posting merchandise online for sale. Through accurate and well-described postings, this position helps to generate revenue to support services and programs in the advancement of our mission.

• Production: Posts merchandise online for sale.
• Services & Programs: Fosters a culture an environment that promotes employment and a quality participant experience.

• Safety and Asset Protection: Follows and adheres to loss prevention and safety procedures and initiatives
• Housekeeping: Ensures housekeeping standards are met on a daily basis.

Job Pay & Perks:

• Pay Range: $17.20 - $23.66/hr

Prior Experience & Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
