Job summary

Goodwill of the San Francisco Bay is seeking a detail-oriented associate to describe donated items for online listing. You will enter product data, choose listing categories and shipping methods, and optimize listings for search visibility.

The role requires meeting daily listing goals and maintaining a safe work environment in a fast-paced setting. Experience in e-commerce or related fields is preferred, with strong attention to accuracy, English communication, and data entry skills.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills with effective written and verbal communication.
• Able to type minimum 28 words per minute with high accuracy.
• Strong attention to detail for item descriptions and measurements.
• Proficient in English reading and speaking.
• Good internet navigation and listing software usage.
