Job summary

Goodwill Houston is seeking a Team Member to perform administrative duties in support of the eComm store. You will prepare item descriptions, integrate product information into the store software, and assist in selecting and processing items for listing.

You will help photograph and display merchandise, track items, and assist in shipping as directed. Responsibilities include inventory accuracy, updating listings, and helping ensure a smooth, customer-focused online storefront operation.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent preferred.
• English literacy: reading, writing, speaking.
• Typing speed of at least 35 WPM with few typos.
• Experience with online storefront operations preferred.
• Knowledge of digital photography and photo editing.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Receive items and integrate into the eComm store.
• Prepare item descriptions for sale.
• Ensure items are inventoried and listed accurately.
• Input item details into the eComm software.
• Assist in photographing and displaying merchandise.
• Support shipping of sold items.
• Maintain safety and housekeeping standards.
• Communicate with management and team.
