Job summary

Goodwill San Antonio is seeking a dedicated team member for the online commerce department to sort and test merchandise for on-line sales, conduct product research, and list items across multiple online platforms. You will also handle receiving and shipping processes and help maintain inventory accuracy.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, 3 years in a service-driven environment, and strong computer skills with MS Office.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; some college or trade cert may be preferred.
• 3 years of experience in a service-driven environment.
• Highly organized and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrate necessary computer skills including MS Office.
• Ability to meet physical requirements; valid driver's license if driving.

Responsibilities

• Pre-sort items using manual and electronic methods.
• Sort, identify, process, and test items for online posting.
• Use gram/weight scales and measuring tape for item descriptions.
• Clean and repair scratched media as needed.
• Organize inventory and ensure accurate posting.
• Meet or exceed listing goals and timelines.
• Communicate with Supervisors to resolve posting issues.
• Process returns and refunds; assist with relisting and recycling.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and order of items.
