Job summary

Goodwill Greater Milwaukee & Chicago is seeking an inbound associate to prepare and list items for online sale and shipment nationwide. The role requires accurate photography, item valuation, data handling and teamwork in a fast-paced warehouse.

Responsibilities include researching trends, writing descriptions, training peers, and maintaining safety and production standards while handling various stations during shifts that include weekends.

Qualifications

• Basic reading, writing and math skills.
• Computer skills with word processing, email and internet use.
• Forklift certification, if required at site.
• Ability to work independently in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Accurately represent items in photographs with lighting, angles and key shots.
• Research items, portray weights and shipping charges accurately.
• Determine merchandise value based on quality and trends.
• Write product descriptions and attributes, including damages.
• Use equipment to properly dispose of data-bearing devices.
• Disassemble systems into components for listing.
• Maintain inventory for listing at stations.
• Train and mentor associates and maintain production standards.
• Meet daily productivity goals and rotate between stations.
