Job summary

Goodwill of South Central Wisconsin is seeking an Electronics & E-Commerce Support Associate to help drive revenue goals through accurate product listings and meticulous quality control.

You will compose listings with precise titles, specs, photos, and descriptions, including defects or added costs to prevent returns. Strong communication and image processing skills are essential for success in a fast-paced, independent work environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Two years' experience working in an electronics service or performance field.
• Excellent written communication skills a must.
• Ability to process images on mobile devices, and familiarity with graphics editing software.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of operating systems including Windows, Linux, Mac OS.
• Familiarity with musical instruments (acoustic/electric guitars).
• Knowledge of vintage stereo components and typewriters is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in problem solving and strategy for revenue and target metrics.
• Research relevant data on the internet and incorporate into product listings.
• Compose accurate listings with titles, measurements, sizes, pictures, and descriptions, including defects or extra costs.
• Complete inventory tickets and attach to items; move items to safekeeping until sold.
• Test electrical items and musical instruments; remove personal data from devices; use equipment to assess value.
• Perform duties in line with Goodwill's core values.
