Qualifications

• Excellent written communication skills required.
• Familiarity with graphics editing software and image processing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of computer diagnostics, hardware, software installations and maintenance.
• Familiarity with Windows, Linux, Mac OS and mobile device reset protocols.
• Understanding of computer hardware both internal and external.
• Familiarity with musical instruments (guitars) and related gear.

Responsibilities

• Assist in problem solving and developing strategies to reach revenue and sell-through targets.
• Research relevant data and incorporate information into product listings.
• Create accurate listings with item titles, measurements, sizes, photos, descriptions and defect notes.
• Complete inventory tickets and transfer items to appropriate areas for safekeeping.
• Test electrical items and musical instruments; remove personal data and verify value.
• Adhere to Goodwill core values in all duties.
