Job summary

Goodwill NCW is seeking a motivated team member for its Shiner Center ECommerce in Appleton, WI. The role focuses on listing merchandise, photographing items, and assigning products to inventory locations while meeting production goals.

You will work in a warehouse environment with occasional evenings and weekends and must manage multiple tasks with attention to detail and strong communication. Prior e-commerce experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in e-commerce or online selling, as well as digital photography, is preferred.
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills and the ability to work through multiple tasks simultaneously under time constraints.
• Strong communication, customer service and attention to detail.

• Photographs merchandise and writes listings that effectively communicate all critical details to potential bidders or customers.
• Assigns each product to relevant inventory location.

• Maintains a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

Qualifications: What We Need From You:

• Experience in e-commerce or online selling, as well as digital photography, is preferred.
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills and the ability to work through multiple tasks simultaneously under time constraints.
• Excellent communication, customer service and attention to detail.
• Experience with computers or a willingness and ability to learn.
• Reliable transportation and ability to work a set schedule, limited holidays, evenings, and weekends, with regular and timely attendance in accordance with the assigned work schedule.

Work is performed primarily in a standard warehouse environment with extensive team member contact and frequent interruptions.

Primary function requires sufficient physical ability to repetitively:

• Sit or stand for prolonged periods of time (up to 8 hours)
• Independently twist, lift, carry, push or pull moderate (10 pounds) to heavy (25 pounds) of weight; using a team lift for objects weighing over 25 pounds.
• Reach (approximately 54 inches).
• Frequently stoop, bend, kneel, crouch.
• Sufficient hand and finger dexterity to perform detailed tasks.
• Verbally communicate to exchange information.
