Job summary

WhiteCap Search client in Boca Raton, FL, seeks a hands-on E-Commerce Platform & Operations Lead to manage its Shopify Plus website, focusing on functionality, troubleshooting, and daily operations, working closely with developers and vendors for a seamless shopping experience.

You will drive product launches, promotions, content updates, and merchandising changes, test across pages, search, navigation, mobile, and checkout, and use performance data to improve conversions.

Qualifications

• Must have DTC e-commerce experience with a consumer brand; Client experience is preferred.
• At least 5 years of relevant e-commerce or website operations experience.
• Experience troubleshooting technical issues and working directly with developers.
• Strong organizational, communication, and project coordination skills.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Must be based in Boca Raton, FL, and available for a hybrid schedule, 4 days onsite, 1 day remote 9-5pm.
