Compensation includes a base pay of $20 per hour plus a commission structure based on sales goal incentives.

Responsibilities:

• Consistently meet and exceedsales targets
• Provide actionable feedback torefine sales tactics and improve team outcomes

• Contribute innovative ideas toenhance sales initiatives and overall performance
