Job summary

StockX, Detroit-based tech leader in the online market for sneakers and collectibles, seeks an E-Commerce Growth Specialist. You will lead campaigns across Google properties, optimize bids, audiences, and feeds, and translate insights into scalable experiments to drive marketplace acquisition.

You will collaborate with Creative, Analytics and Growth teams to test new formats, measure incrementality, and implement AI-powered opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in paid media or growth marketing.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads (Search & Shopping).
• Experience with Performance Max, YouTube, Demand Gen.
• Strong analytical skills to translate data into actions.
• Familiarity with product feeds and tagging.
• Interest in AI and automation in marketing.

Responsibilities

• Execute and optimize campaigns across Search, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube, Demand Gen and emerging Google products.
• Manage campaign builds, budgets, pacing, bidding, audiences, product segmentation, search queries and other day-to-day performance levers.
• Analyze performance across platform and business metrics to identify opportunities, diagnose changes and recommend actions.
• Develop hypotheses and execute structured experiments across campaigns, audiences, bidding, creative, feeds and customer experiences.
• Support incrementality testing and measurement initiatives, analyzing results and translating findings into actionable recommendations.
• Partner with Creative teams to launch and evaluate new messaging, formats and concepts across Google's creative-enabled products.
• Analyze creative performance and use learnings to inform future briefs and testing priorities.
• Test new platform products, AI-powered capabilities and automation opportunities.
• Support product feed strategy, including segmentation, optimization and opportunities to improve how StockX inventory is represented across commerce media.
