Job summary

PCI Enterprises, Inc. in Heath, TX seeks an ambitious E-Commerce Sales & Marketing Specialist to own product categories across online channels, optimize listings, and drive traffic, conversions, and revenue.

You will manage Google/Microsoft ads, SEO, email, affiliate programs, and content creation with internal design and video teams to grow visibility and performance. Ideal candidates bring e-commerce or digital marketing experience, strong analytics, Excel skills, and a proactive, curious

Qualifications

• Experience or knowledge in e-commerce, digital marketing, online sales, or a related field
• Familiarity with SEO, PPC, marketplace management, affiliate marketing, or other digital acquisition channels
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong Microsoft Excel and data-management skills
• A creative mindset and willingness to experiment with new marketing strategies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• The ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
• A proactive, self-learning mentality
• The desire to understand why something is performing the way it is—not simply complete assigned tasks

Responsibilities

• Own & Grow Product Categories
• Take responsibility for performance of assigned product categories and analyze sales, traffic, conversion, advertising, and product performance
• Launch new products and maintain existing listings across multiple e-commerce websites
• Drive Traffic & Revenue
• Develop digital marketing strategies using Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, SEO, email marketing, affiliate programs
• Improve SEO & Organic Visibility
• Research keywords, optimize content, evaluate search performance
• Develop Engaging Content
• Collaborate with design and video teams to create imagery, buying guides, landing pages, promotions
• Analyze Performance & Test New Ideas
• Use data and tests to identify opportunities and measure results
• Launch New Products & Categories
• Position, price, merchandise, and promote new products
• Monitor the Market
• Stay aware of competitors, pricing, trends, and opportunities
• Innovate
• Explore new platforms, strategies, tools, or opportunities to grow the business
