Job summary

Sbhonline, a Woodbridge, New Jersey-based home products company, is seeking a hands-on E-Commerce Manager to own and grow our online business, with Amazon as a major focus. You will manage Seller Central, optimize listings, ads, pricing, and content, and coordinate with operations to ensure stock and fulfillment align with demand.

This full-time, in-office role requires analytical thinking, cross-functional collaboration, and a track record of profitable e-commerce growth.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of hands-on e-commerce experience.
• Strong Amazon marketplace experience; Seller Central proficiency required.
• Experience with Amazon ads/PPC, listing optimization, and analytics.
• Experience managing or supporting direct-to-consumer websites.
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to read product-level profitability.
• Strong Excel skills and comfort with dashboards and data.
• Experience with Shopify or similar platforms is a plus.
• Comfort with AI, automation, and modern digital tools to boost performance.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day management and growth of the Amazon business.
• Manage product listings, catalog structure, titles, bullets, images, and A+ content.
• Optimize Amazon advertising/PPC, promotions, pricing, and traffic initiatives.
• Monitor account health, reviews, issues, and compliance.
• Plan inventory needs, replenishment, forecasting, and stock levels with ops.
• Grow direct-to-consumer websites, including launches and promotions.
• Analyze sales, traffic, conversion, spend, costs, and profitability.
• Develop regular reporting and KPI dashboards for channel performance.
• Collaborate with product, design, sales, and operations on online launches.
• Research competitors and marketplace opportunities.
• Test opportunities to expand online presence beyond current channels.
• Utilize AI and digital tools for research, content, reporting, and productivity.
