Scheels All Sports, Inc. in Fargo, ND is seeking a part-time Store Operations/ECOM Fulfillment holiday seasonal team member to support in-store and online order processing.

You will greet customers, handle cash, pick online orders, pack and ship, restock shelves, and help keep the sales floor organized. Prior retail or warehouse experience is helpful; willingness to work varied hours including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• Experience in retail or customer service is a plus.
• Basic math and reading comprehension are required.

Responsibilities

• Greet all customers on the floor or at the cash wrap area.
• Operate a cash register and perform basic math.
• Fold and organize merchandise for bagging.
• Pick, pack and prepare online orders for shipping.
• Pack, label, and affix postage for shipments.
• Restock shelves and bring products to the floor for display.
• Assist customers and co-workers with loading purchases.
• Maintain tidy work areas and back stock.
• Read and write simple memos; communicate clearly with team.
• Be organized, multi-task, and work independently or with the team.
