• Ability to escalate issues to a supervisor when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Support in-store new goods operations and online sales execution.
• Identify high-value items for online sales.
• Pack and ship items to Warehouse for eCommerce.
• Track and organize inventory across both channels.
• Collaborate with leadership and team members to improve performance.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized workspaces.
• Monitor KPIs and contribute to performance improvements.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned.
